| Let the clients speak.... "Chose the Broadway Inn from word of mouth from another
Australian parent. Great location close to the University, clean and neat and good
bed. Pleasant stay, will be back again!"

This motor lodge is a great place to stay for a very
reasonable price. The entire property is being nicely updated. Our room was
clean and comfortable. The free wireless internet in our room was excellent.
The free continental breakfast, which we enjoyed under an awning, was very good.
The small business center inthe lobby allowed us to confirm our flights and print our
boarding passes. The outdoor pool provided us with a nice place to refresh and relax
after our long trip. The entire staff was friendly, kind and very helpful.
There are good restaurants located within walking distance. Granted, it's not a 4
star Hyatt, but it has all the aminities at a much more reasonable price. We loved
our two-night stay here, and will certainly return there whenever we are in the Eugene
area.

This older motel is a gem, just blocks from the university
and from downtown, and an easy walk to several restaurants. Staff is friendly, Internet
access in the office, breakfast staples, and all for a great price. Dont expect the
four stars, but for one-third the cost (or less) Ill come back here any time Im
in Eugene. I was leery of Franklin Blvd (main street) traffic noise, but didnt hear
a thing.

"Surprisingly Impressed..We chose the Broadway
Inn because it was inexpensive and it was close to where we had to be. We did not expect
smuch because of the price, but we were pleasantly surprised. It was clean, the bed was
comfortable, the shower head was high enough to accomodate my 6'1" husband, and it
was quiet. However since it is located right on Broadway, there was some traffic noise. I
would stay here again.
