The Broadway Inn
has been serving visitors in Downtown Eugene for many years. Check the picture
postcard among the pictures below. New owners have significantly upgraded the motel
and more is being done. We strive to bring you an excellent lodging value. Our motel
is superbly located truly in the Heart of Eugene. We offer generous amenities, clean
and tastefully decorated rooms and helpful staff.
The Broadway Inn is
in one of the most central and convenient locations in the Eugene/Springfield area.
We are right at the corner where Coburg turns, merges into Broadway and continues to
becomes Franklin Avenue. Walk two to three blocks and you are in the heart of downtown
Eugene with lots of restaurants and stores. We are within several blocks from the University
of Oregon, home of the mighty DUCKS. Right across the street is
the new Federal Court House. We are within easy walking distance to the Hult
center for Performing Arts, the Fifth Street Public Market and the Sacred Heart
Hospital center. We are located on Broadway between the Phoenix Inn and
the Campus Inn, both significanly more expensive to stay at.
Our "makeover" continues,
there is still more for us to do but all our rooms have been substantially improved.
We offer amenities that are important to our guests (free continental breakfast with our
exclusive "surprise tray", free high-speed internet access and even a
computer/printer kiosk if you did not bring your laptop). All our rooms are equipped with
refrigerators, microwaves, hair dryers, irons and ironing boards and also offer
complimentary in-room coffee. All our non smoking rooms have new comfy beds and now with
our new laundry in place our sheets are fitted (so what's the big deal you say...the
Hilton, Phoenix Inn and Red Lion Hotel all have that. Correct, but often they are
$50 to $100 more). During the warmer season, our outdoor pool and
outdoor seating are very popular. The famous Mill Race (river) runs up to our
parking lot and the WIllamette River walking paths are 3 blocks away.
Our rates are competitive and
include a continental breakfast served in the lobby buffet style (starting at 6 a.m. to
better serve the early risers). Rates are higher during special events and summer
season.

reservationist will make sure that you get the accomodation that fits your needs and the
best price we can offer. The owner, managers and staff are committed to be your
best motel value and make your stay pleasant. We have applied for a AAA membership but do
not have it yet. When we get rated we hope to be a two diamond property (with some
three diamond amenities). We welcome AAA or CAA members. Don't let the lil'old
motel facade deter you, please come and stay with us, you will be pleasantly surprised.
With our new beds, carpets, drapes,
lamps etc. it makes sense for you to stay with us, try it.
Our facility is mostly non-smoking
rooms but we do offer a few smoking rooms and a few rooms in which pets (subject to
limitations) are accepted with deposits.
